All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our facility in Thanjavur.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, destination address, and the selected shipping method.

We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been processed and dispatched.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
The customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, the cost of return, and the re-shipping charges to send the package again.
If the customer opts for a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
